Mary Emory
Owner / Master Colorist
Mary began honing her craft as a hair stylist almost 20 years ago. After working in some of the best salons in the country, she was driven to pursue her own vision of the modern luxury salon. Mary is well-educated in many different hair techniques and is a certified Wella Master Colorist.
Mary believes in matching her clients inner spirit to their outer beauty. She enjoys giving masterful, beautifully blended haircuts and getting creative with hair color transformations. When she’s not changing lives behind the chair, she enjoys traveling, getting outside, and spending time with her two children.
Megan Roberts
Master Stylist
Megan has been in the hair industry since 2015 after ditching the idea of becoming a graphic designer. Her career started as an apprentice in Downtown Asheville before branching out on her own to build clientele at a premium chain salon. Megan then came to MaryFrank Salon in 2019 and made it her career home.
Hair cutting is Megan’s primary focus. She enjoys creating a cut that is best suitable to the client’s personal style, maintenance, and hair type. The majority of Megan’s cuts are inspired by the 70’s and 80’s bold layered shags, the 90’s bouncy cascading layers, and modern lived in cuts that require minimal effort for that wake up and go look.
Out of the salon she enjoys spending her time painting with acrylic and gauche, going to the gym, and playing piano for her church.
Amber Huntley
Master Stylist
Amber is an Asheville native and now has over 8 years of experience behind the chair. Amber specializes in dramatic hair transformations as well as blondes and reds. She is also a certified DreamCatchers extension stylist; she offers I-tips, Tape-ins as well as Wefts.
Amber is constantly extending her education to provide a well rounded approach to anyone who sits in her chair. She provides a thorough consultation to every client, with the goal of finding the perfect style that will compliment their lifestyle while achieving their hair goals. In her free time Amber enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and spending time with her animals.
Donese Helms
Master Stylist
Donese Helms is a seasoned hairstylist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in seamless and healthy blonding services, bold color transformations, and textured haircuts. Originally from North Carolina, Donese brings both skill and heart to her craft, with a passion for helping clients achieve their ultimate hair goals. Her chair is a space where creativity meets comfort, and every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.
She believes in the power of a great haircut to uplift not just appearance, but spirit. When she's not behind the chair, Donese enjoys the sounds of bluegrass music and spending quality time with friends.
Sage Campagna
Stylist
Sage Campagna has spent her life surrounded by the natural beauty and vibrant community of this charming city. Moving to Asheville at a young age, Sage quickly developed a deep appreciation for its scenic swimming holes, where she enjoys unwinding and connecting with nature.
As the oldest sibling in a large family, Sage has always embraced a leadership role, a quality that shines through in her professional life. After excelling in cosmetology school, she has spent the past year making her mark in the industry. Specializing in blonding services, Sage has a keen eye for finding the perfect tones that match her clients' unique styles and preferences, ensuring they leave the salon with their hair goals beautifully achieved.
When she's not working her magic in the salon, Sage loves to spend quality time with her dogs and fiancé, enjoying the simple pleasures of life and the beauty of Asheville. Her commitment to both her craft and her personal life reflects her warm and nurturing spirit.
Madison Towles
Stylist
Madison is a dedicated stylist with a genuine passion for making her clients feel beautiful. Her journey in the beauty industry is driven by a commitment to enhancing her clients' confidence and individuality through hair. Madison believes that a great hairstyle can make a significant impact on how a person feels, and she enjoys collaborating with each client to create looks that suit their personal style. After completing cosmetology school, she has concentrated on blonding services and has honed her skills in creating personalized looks that highlight her clients' natural features.
Outside of her professional life, Madison values quality time with her family and enjoys the companionship of her farm animals. She also has a golden retriever named Nash, who brings joy to her daily routine. Additionally, she values her time spent at church, which adds a meaningful dimension to her life and community involvement. This balance between work and family life allows her to recharge and stay inspired in her craft.
Will Butzirus
Manager
Will’s journey in the salon industry started in 2014, marking the beginning of a fulfilling career path. His introduction to this vibrant world started as a front desk associate at a beloved family salon nestled in the heart of Florida. After finishing cosmetology school in 2017, Will worked behind the chair for over three years. He brings his knowledge of hair and passion to help guests and fellow stylists to the front desk.
Outside of the salon, Will loves to create art and spend time outdoors. He makes pottery and textile work such as tufting rugs and crocheting while pulling inspiration from nature and those around him.
