At MaryFrank Salon, we pride ourselves on creating a space where you can fully embrace and express your authentic self. We stand firmly against all forms of discrimination, including racism, homophobia, and transphobia. Our salon is a welcoming sanctuary for everyone, regardless of who you are or how you look. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your hair goals while fostering an environment that promotes confidence, inclusivity, and love.
Deposit Policy
We require a $50 deposit on all new color services, this protects the appointment and the stylist from any potential no shows. This will go towards the cost of the appointment.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation or no show happens within this timeframe, we must charge a 50% cancellation fee.
Haircut & Color Edit Policy
We pride ourselves in offering top notch services to our clients but if you feel as though you need an edit to your haircut or color service, you must call and return to the salon within a week from your appointment.
Accessibility Policy
If you have mobility issues and can not transfer yourself into the chair or shampoo bowl, you must have someone accompany you to the salon to do so.
