Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation happens within this timeframe, we must charge a 50% cancellation fee.

Haircut/Color Edit Policy

We pride ourselves in offering top notch services to our clients but if you feel as though you need an edit to your haircut or color service, you must call and return to the salon within a week from your appointment.

Accessibility Policy

If you have mobility issues and can not transfer yourself into the chair or shampoo bowl, you must have someone accompany you to the salon to do so.
